The first release from one of our favourite casks. A great example of this unique waxy spirit from Dailuaine, distilled in 2017.
NOSE
Candied Ginger, lemon,
buttermilk, pear and lots of
peach, creme caramel, toffee
and creme fraiche.
PALATE
Round, full, oily, firm with wild
honey, peach and apricot, a
little custard and spice.
