The elegance carries through on the palate, wave after wave of honey in different registers, with yellow fruit, vanilla and Werther's Originals underneath. Beautifully balanced. Long to finish, with salted honey, the fruit and sponge notes fading gently and cleanly.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colour. Hand bottled and hand labelled in Leith.
