Single Grain Scotch Whisky, Virgin Oak Barrel, 48.2%
Grain whisky is a blender’s dream that rarely gets its own spotlight, and this one deserves it. Distilled at North British in July 2021 and matured for five years in a virgin oak barrel, it’s sweet, spicy and smooth at a very easy 48.2%. Think of it as our own wee Scottish bourbon style sipper, and a joyful wee dram.
Tasting note
Nose: Banoffee pie and crème brûlée.
Palate: Bananas in maple syrup, sweet and spicy, silky and easy drinking.
