Distilled at Cameronbridge on 9 November 1995 and matured for thirty years in a single refill bourbon hogshead.
PATIENCE
This is our third grain release in just over two years, and our first from a bourbon barrel. We have been waiting for the spirit and cask felt fully integrated rather than bottling to a schedule. That moment feels like now. It’s in a great drinking window, so we’ve bottled it at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colour.
