Independent whisky

bottlers & blenders

LAUNCHED 2023. BASED IN LEITH.

SUPER SMALL, VERY INDEPENDENT. A HOME FOR CREATIVE, HANDS-ON WHISKYMAKING.

We are two friends based in Leith making whisky. We release limited outturns of single cask Scotch whiskies and blended malts. Everything from tasting and sourcing to bottling and delivery is done by the two of us.

Now in our third year, we have released over 50 whiskies. Every one is limited, every one features original commissioned artwork from a local artist. We don't release much. When it's gone, it's gone.

A bottle of single malt Scotch whisky lying on the ground among green plants and mossy rocks, with the label visible displaying details about the whisky.

LATEST RELEASE

OUTTURN VIII

Our first Outturn of 2026, featuring 4 new single cask whiskies and artwork by Adam James Blair

Abstract painting of mountainous landscape with textured, layered brushstrokes in greens, pinks, blues, and blacks, with a red rectangle in the lower left corner.
  • A bottle of scotch whisky with a black cap and a white label featuring a black triangle with a mountain inside, placed in front of an abstract landscape painting with mountains and sky.

    CAMERONBRIDGE 30

Only our second grain release in just over two years, and our first from a bourbon barrel. The perfect mix of buttered popcorn, delicate barley sugars and cereal.

  • A glass bottle of liquid with a black cap, containing an orange liquid, with a mountain landscape on the label, and the mountain landscape is also on the background.

    ARDMORE 11

Ardmore lightly peated Highland malt finished in Virgin Oak. Sweet smoke, spice and a rich creamy texture, sits comfortably at cask strength.

  • Glitched image of a bottle of whisky with a unique scottish artist painted label, containing a reddish-brown liquid, with a background of distorted colorful horizontal lines.

    DAILUAINE 11

Waxy Dailuaine finished in an Australian Apera cask (Aussie Sherry). this one feels closest in flavour to a palo cortado. A mix of stewed fruit, dried red berried, nuts, molasses and honey, long textured finish.

  • A bottle of whiskey with a black cap, a white label with a warning symbol, and a brown liquid inside. The bottle has an abstract, distorted reflection of a natural landscape with water and mountains.

    PULTENEY 18

Effortlessly elegant coastal dram. Orchad fruit, layers of wild honey and sea-spray. Eighteen years of full maturation in a single refill bourbon hogshead, natural cask strength, natural colour.

LOCHEND BLEND 3

The third volume of our Lochend Blend, and the first to be married in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead.

Six single malts ranging from fruity Highland to rich Speyside, Oloroso Orkney and salty Island married together in a single Pedro Ximenez Hogshead. The result is something richer and more layered than any of the component parts alone.

A half and half dram: complex enough to sit with, easy enough to sip away on.

NOSE

Fig and raisin alongside fresh orchard fruit. The mix of dried and fresh fruit is inviting and well-balanced.

Palate

Milk chocolate raisins with toffee apples. The Highland Park doing some lifting here with sherry cask notes and toasted oak —  a nutty and quiet salty edge.

Finish

Smooth, with toasted fruit and nut carrying cleanly through to the end.
