COLLABS
As we near the end of year two of Blind Summit, we will have released 35 bottlings. We set out to create unique one off single cask bottlings from our favourite distilleries. Each release features original artwork from a local artist, and everything from tasting and sourcing to bottling and delivery is done by the two of us.
BEER HIVE
This release consists of a wonderfully complex yet elegant Linkwood, finished in a refill Australian Pedro Ximénez cask. A fun twist on a great cask from this indie bottler favourite distillery.
From the islands, we have a Highland Park further matured in an Oloroso sherry cask. Completing the trio is a very special whisky from a cask that formed our inaugural release. Now two years older, this one is for the purists.
