Blind Summit Whisky is a small, independent whisky bottler based in Edinburgh. We're operated by Prestige Panther Limited, and we sell directly to customers through our website, as well as to bars, restaurants, and wholesalers across the UK and around the world. We take your privacy seriously, and this policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have — wherever in the world you're reading this from.

What we collect

When you place an order, get in touch, or make a trade enquiry, we collect information like your name, business name (if relevant), email address, delivery address, and phone number. If you buy through our website, your payment is handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store your full card details ourselves.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your order, respond to enquiries, manage trade relationships, and keep you updated about your purchase. We may also use your contact details to let you know about new releases or offers, but only if you've agreed to hear from us — you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Because we ship worldwide, fulfilling your order means sharing some information with the people who help us do that: couriers and delivery partners, customs authorities where needed for international shipments, and our payment processor, Stripe. We only share what's necessary to get your whisky to you safely and legally, and we don't sell your information to anyone.
