Distilled at Cameronbridge on 9 November 1995 and matured for thirty years in a single refill bourbon hogshead.
This is our second grain release in just over two years, and our first from a bourbon barrel. That moment feels like now. It's in a great drinking window, so we've bottled it at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colour.

NOSE
Peach pastries, vanilla pod and oak spice.
PALETTE
finish
Long and gentle, the honey and herbal notes fading slowly and cleanly.
Smooth and buttery with well-integrated alcohol. Herbal notes alongside honey, butterscotch and vanilla fudge, with candied lemon.
